One of the best known names in the local construction industry. Scrace and company LTD has been established since 1975.

The company was established by Dennis Scrace and his wife Gil. Their son Paddy joined the company in 1982 before forming a partnership in 1987. In 1995 Paddy's wife Ally joined the company as secretary. In 2005 the company incorporated to become Scrace and Company LTD. Dennis retired in 2010 leaving Paddy the sole Director of the company.

Since 1975 Scrace and Company LTD has carried out thousands of building projects of all sizes and imagination. We have built extensions, new-builds and renovations. Much of the company success and exceptional staying power has been its maintenance of high standards, ability to adapt, grow and stay at the forefront of modern building techniques.

Both of Paddy and Ally's sons have continued the historical family business by both working for the company as masons, meaning three generations of Scrace builders have been employed by the company keeping the traditional values at the heart of the company.
